As of January 1, 2014, the parties have resolved this Waldorf lawsuit in a mutually satisfactory manner.   Neighbors (litigants) have proven their valid claim to the Willard Strip behind their homes and will retain that property.  Waldrof has agreed to retract it’s July 1, 2008 affidavit.  If you seek information about this matter, feel free to contact info@waldorfdispute.org.   Special thanks to Waldorf School of Atlanta board president Patrick Foster for his help in resolving this matter.
